CLUB RENTAL POLICY
1. The rental will be made through the Bar Manager. Rentals are for 6 hours.
2. Only one rental per weekend, subject to the Bar Managers approval.
3. A $25.00 deposit is required at the time of application. This will be applied to the rental charge.
4. The balance of rental charge(s) is due as listed; 10 days after receipt of approval or before function starts which ever comes
5. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received 30 days prior to date of rental. The board will review and determine if a refund is due if cancellation is made in less than 30 days.
6. The Norco Club through the bar will sell all beverages. No privately owned beverages may be brought into the Club premises.
7. Kitchen facilities are not included in the basic rental charge and are to be arranged under a separate agreement with the Kitchen and Bar Managers.
8. A security deposit will not be required however; a signed statement of damage reimbursement will be signed by each renter prior to the rental function. The renter is responsible for all damages incurred by his/her function.
9. A clean-up deposit is required when the Club becomes responsible for the rental function clean up. If the clean-up is performed by the renter and approved by the Bar Manager or his appointee, there will be no assessment required. A list of clean-up expectations shall be issued to the renter prior to his/her function.
10. The Norco Club will not be responsible for any injury to a person or property incurred by the renter or his party while on the Club premises.
CLUB RENTAL CHARGE
1. Cost to a member $75.00
2. Cost to a non-member $125.00 (includes 0ne bartender/overseer)
3. Clubhouse cleaning assessment of $25.00 includes kitchen and all
clubhouse facilities when provided by the Norco Club.
4. Cost of additional bartender $25.00 when required (over 40 persons)
5. Optional use of kitchen $25.00
Indoor functions can seat about 75 people.
